Preparation for CBAHI 2023 involved following the CBAHI standards and the CAP checklist to prepare the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and policies for the laboratory. This included conducting a self-assessment of the lab chapter, establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPI), managing Performance Improvement (PI) projects, and ensuring staff training and education.

As a senior microbiologist, I perform medical tests in areas such as microbiology and serology (ELISA). In 2022, I contributed to CBAHI preparation.
